At Three Into One Ministries, my wife, Prem and I would like the opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. Prem and I have a deep appreciation and compassion for the diverse cultures we serve and live in.
Our journey together started 16 years ago and has been a glorious example of how God can bring two different people together and make something so good. Even though Prem and I are so different, we walk in unity and bring teamwork mindset in our home, as well, as the ministry.
We have traveled to many countries as missionaries, we conduct pre-marriage counseling we have an in-home (community) prayer ministry that has evolved into a ZOOM video stream lifting our nation up, our leaders, churches, family and friends, all while being sensitive to God’s will.
Both Prem and I bring many years of serving the Lord together to our ministry, as well as, our relationship with Him, coupled with our three children, we believe that we are accomplishing God’s word by “Preaching the Gospel” and “Sharing His Love”. One other example of this ministry is being able to serve meals to our “Outside Friends” during Thanksgiving and Christmas. We team up with other friends who corporately gather and prepare foods and personal care items together to assist our outside friends.
Three Into One Ministry is comprised of the Godhead (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit), our family and God’s people. We believe that God created us all and we are to stand in the gap for one another and love each other either by conversation, eating food with each other or simply by praying for one another. God enables us to bless His people either locally or abroad in other countries, there is no limit to how close or far we are from each other because God is always with us. We serve an awesome God and we just want everyone to have an opportunity to get to know Him. It is an honor and privilege to serve you and the body of Christ. Ultimately, Prem and I love people and want to extend His great Love to all those that we cross paths with.
Thank you for your prayers and support we are forever grateful for being a part of God’s family!
His Great Love & Service,
Pastors Gilbert & Prem Valverde

Susan and Frank Morgan, sweet-hearts from their youth, have served together in ministry for over twenty years loving and teaching children, youth and adults. They serve in their hometown, Battle Creek Michigan.
Since 2015, Pathways House of Prayer has been a source of comfort and safety for many as a refuge for healing and a center for gathering and training. Susan functions in the community as an apostolic leader with a pastor’s heart and Frank functions strongly in the area of Helps and Eldership. With the mission to love, serve, and develop members of the Body of Christ, their goal is to equip individuals and families to live wholeheartedly in obedience to Christ and pursue life as disciples who make disciples. They and the members of their church, serve believing that prayer along with demonstrations of love ultimately transforms a city.
Susan carries a mantle for unity in the region and serves other ministers in the Body of Christ for God’s Kingdom. Often you will find her creating tables of fellowship and hosting community prayer and worship gatherings. “We are experiencing the ‘repair of the breach’ as leaders come together to genuinely care for one another and get God’s heart for our region as one.”
Upcoming dreams consist of dynamic children’s and family outreach on wheels and a centrally located prayer clinic for those in need of healing, body, mind and spirit. Pathways will serve as a training hub for individuals longing to be activated into their ministry to the community. “We are many people, many congregations, loving our city as ONE BODY.”

A 27 year old singer/songwriter who wishes to bring praise unto the name of the Lord through song just like that of King David. One of her deepest heart cries is to bring healing through song, to the lost, the oppressed, the broken and down trotted. She is also a single mother of two precious young boys whose love for the Lord goes beyond what any words can express. Her passion is for the lost. She desperately seeks to unveil the truth of Gods word to those in need. This woman of God is kingdom minded and has a heart of flesh that is driven to see souls brought to Christ. She realizes that the body of Christ cannot operate under the authority of our own influence but only through the mighty hand of God. She seeks to do the will of her father and will stop at nothing to please him. -But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added onto you.

He has ministers locally and regionally, and has ministered nationally and internationally (Uganda, Africa and Lima and Cuzco, Peru) as well.

Fueled by her tumultuous past, Meredith has allowed God to use her testimony to be both an inspiration and an example for people who may feel discouraged, lonely, unworthy, or simply out-of-touch with our living God. She has been blessed by God with the ability to talk with and relate to others and is passionate about displaying a relationship with God that is tangible and real. Meredith currently serves at Crosspoint by facilitating a home fellowship group, works full time at Kellogg Community College, is finishing her Bachelor of Arts at Spring Arbor University, and is raising her 3 year old son. John Shoemaker is best defined not by accomplishments, positions or titles, but by his passionate desire to intimately know God and to experience and more fully live in His manifest presence. The foundational calling on his life is be a spiritual father, helping sons and daughters to move toward their destiny in God, and providing encouragement and support to them in raising up their own spiritual sons and daughters. He and his wife Barbara both went through painful divorces and were single parents of three children each for many years. They were married in 1996 and now have 11 grandchildren.
John took an early retirement from Eastman Kodak Company in early 203, after being asked to join the pastoral staff of Bethel Christian Fellowship, a large urban Rochester church. He spend about one-third of his 30+ year Kodak career in technical assignments and the remainder in various manufacturing management or other leadership positions. Over those years he also assumed a variety of ministry leadership roles, both inside and outside his church. In his 5 years at Bethel, he gave oversight to the finance and administrative functions, as well as to a number of pastors and ministries, and led Bethel’s strategic planning processes. During his last tow years he was also the executive director of a Christian community development corporation focused on bringing economic, social and spiritual transformation to urban Rochester.
At the end of 2008 John and his wife Barbara planted Outlook Christian Center, which is called to advance the kingdom of God in the greater Rochester area by helping people identify and pursue their callings and God-given dreams. The church is also called, both corporately and individually, to be a unifying influence in Rochester by helping other churches, ministries and businesses achieve their missions, visions and God-given dreams.
Mark and Heidi are ordinary people with an extraordinary vision of equipping people to live their best life through Christ. We are servants of the Lord with a heart for people and our community. Our ministry, Outpouring of Hope, is to bring hope, healing and restoration for those who are hungry for more in life. Our cry for the power of God to be manifested in the lives of others continues to inspire us. And our desire is to see the sick and the broken hearted healed, and for restoration to come to the body, soul, and spirit.
